Organisations interact with Pride in Diversity in many ways, including:
- Paying for membership (standard membership is $6,000 p.a.)
- Submitting to the AWEI (free, but costly in terms of time)
- Donating or providing pro bono support
- Engaging consulting, training and gender affirmation support services from ACON

Member lists
These are the publicly available lists of paid-up members of the Pride in Diversity scheme. Membership is not automatically published. These should be treated as minimum figures.
AWEI Participation
Not all members participate in the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI). An organisation does not have to belong to Pride in Diversity in order to participate in the AWEI.
In 2021, a total of 168 organisations participated in the AWEI. This is up from 154 in 2020.
